The Perfect Mason Jar Salad
Step 1:
Pour in dressing as first layer and add chickpeas or bean of choice.
Step 2:
Toss in cucumber, tomatoes, or any soft veggie.
Step 3:
Layer in cooked quinoa (or grain of choice) + corn and edamame.
Step 4:
Add sliced avocado.
Step 5:
Now add your favorite greens!
Step 6:
Top with protein of choice.
