Plie slides

 

STEP 1:

Stand sideways to a barre or tall chair with towel under right foot. 

Raise up onto balls of feet.

STEP 2:

Keeping right leg straight bend left leg and slide right leg out.

STEP 3: 

Hold plie at bottom and slide right foot in and out to make a diamond shape.  Return to top and repeat.  20 x's each leg.
