how do you stay fit?
I make sure I get my workouts in, even if that means getting up extra early. I exercise five times a week on my own, and/or take classes at the studio.
BLAST is always intense and such an incredible workout, and I love to take RIDE when I can
What do you eat for breakfast?
Oatmeal, a banana, an apple, and iced coffee
Favorite place in NOLA to get a healthy meal?
Sucre. Just kidding! Peche has great healthy options.
