We are psyched to introduce the newest member of our RIDE tribe, Kathleen Sullivan. Back from living and teaching cycling in Hong Kong, Kat brings with her a wealth of experience, dope playlists, and an understated sense of cool that we all want a part of. In 45 minutes, she somehow manages to push us far past our limits while we’re having fun. After an intense song she may ask, “are we still friends?” Yes, Kat, we are DEFINITELY still friends.

How do you stay fit?
Balance is key! I try to unplug from my computer, iPhone, and TV at a reasonable hour so I can get 8 hours of sleep. Being well rested gives me stamina for the following day and the mental strength I need to stick to clean eating habits and a daily workout routine that's fun for me -- usually RIDE or Pilates classes.
What do you eat for breakfast?
