How do you stay fit?
As a trainer, I like to workout with my clients as often as I can. I also enjoy cooking–so I like to try new healthy recipes to make sure what I eat never gets boring! You can workout as hard as you want, but if you don't eat right you’ll never have the body you want. I always tell clients who can't seem to get over that proverbial hill that nutrition is 80% and working out is 20%. I stay fit and eat healthy because my body deserves it.
What do you eat for breakfast?
2 hard-boiled eggs (gross, I know), 1 cup of oatmeal, and fruit
