Stand with hips square, back straight

STEP 2: 

Shift weight to left leg, maintaining form from step one. Reach arms out front as right leg lifts opposite arms. 

STEP 3: 

Return to upright position and repeat 15 x's

(Advanced option: raise onto ball of bottom foot).
