STEP 1: 

Lay down next to chair and prop feet upon chair with legs straight.

STEP 2: 

Articulate spine up starting with tailbone.  Hold bridge and raise one leg straight up and down.


Lower leg down back onto chair and articulate spine back down to ground.  REPEAT 5 sets each leg.
