We know the importance of eating seasonal fruits & veggies: they are better for your body and the environment, and are the most flavorful. Strawberries are entering peak season, and this twist on avocado toast is a delicious way to enjoy them. 1. Avocado

2. Balsamic Vinaigrette 

3. Basil

3. Whole Grain Bread (We love Dave's Killer brand!)

4. Goat Cheese

5. Strawberries

6. Walnuts

Step By Step

step 1:

Smear half of an avocado over one slice of bread, toasted.

step 4: 

Sprinkle goat cheese evenly over toast.

step 2: 

Thinly slice basil leaves and place over avocado.

step 5:

Roughly chop walnuts and add over cheese.

step 3:

Layer on strawberries.

step 6:

Drizzle balsamic with a light hand, and enjoy!
